The sheet is hinged to a mount in 8 places along the edges of its verso. There is an inscription by another hand "1605 PP" in the upper left corner. There is a barely visible flattened crease in the top left corner. There is a flattened crease in the lower left corner. There are a few other minor handling creases along the top and bottom edges.
