Auf runder Plinthe stehendes, unbekleidetes Mädchen, welches behutsam aus einer Messingschale trinkt. Ein großer Bronzeguss dieser bekannten Schöpfung Seiferts wurde 1922 in den Rostocker Wallanlagen aufgestellt. Victor Heinrich Seifert (Wien 1870 - Berlin 1953) studierte an der Berliner Kunstakademie bei Ernst Herter, Ludwig Manzel und Peter Breuer. Signatur auf runder Plinthe „V. Severt“ sowie Gießermarke „Akt.Ges.Gladenbeck.Berlin“. Min. Fl., Marmorsockel min. best., ansonsten guter Zustand. Deutschland, um 1910. Bronze, dunkelbraun patiniert, auf dunkelgrünem Marmorsockel. H x Ø ca. 38 x 8,1 cm
