Purchase price

A premium of 26.5 % shall be charged on the hammer price. This includes the statutory VAT, which is not shown due to the application of the differential taxation according to § 25 a UStG.

The prices stated in the catalogue are limit prices and can only be reduced or negotiated after consultation with the consignor.

The objects' colors illustrated may differ from the original.

 

Catalogue descriptions

The catalogue descriptions, which are given to the best of our knowledge, do not constitute a guarantee in the legal sense and are for information purposes only. Also, the descriptions of condition given in the catalogue are intended only as indications of important damage. The absence of such a reference does not imply that the item is free from defects. All items listed in the catalogue are second-hand and you are advised to personally inspect the condition of the items, as any complaints in this regard cannot be considered after the hammer has fallen. Normal signs of use due to age are not mentioned separately.

 

Post-auction sale

After the auction there will be a 2 week online post auction sale. There you can purchase unsold items at the limit price. The auction conditions apply equally to the after-sale.

 

Bidding

 

Bidding in the auction room

By providing your binding address and telephone number you will be registered as a customer. Upon acceptance of our auction conditions, you will receive a bidder number from us. You are welcome to ask us to give you this number during the pre-auction viewing period. (Unfortunately not possible at the moment)

 

Bidding in writing

You may enter your bids on the enclosed bid form.
These bids are binding.
Please note that bids must be received by us 24 hours before the auction starts and check your bids carefully, as complaints due to incorrect lot numbers cannot be accepted.

 

Bidding by telephone

You can bid by telephone from a limit of 100,-- Euro. To do so, we require a written order from you, which must be received by us 24 hours before the auction begins. We will call you in the morning of the auction day to check the connection. During the auction we will call you in time for the specified lot. After 3 attempts, your option to bid by telephone will expire. We do not assume any liability for the establishment of a telephone connection.

 

Bidding via www.ginhart.de

Use the possibilities of online bidding on our homepage. An addition fee of 1,75% will be added exclusevely for live-bids.

Advantages:

By bidding via our internet catalogue we can transfer your bids directly into our auction software, confirm its receipt and you can manage your bids anytime you log in. This saves time and avoids mistakes. You only need to register to our homepage, after our confirmation you can place absenthee bids and on action's day place live bids and follow our video stream.
