Seit 1991 ist der erfolgreich freischaffende Künstler und Dozent auf nationalen und internationalen Ausstellungen und in bekannten Galerien vertreten - seine Werke zeigen hierbei einen immer unverkennbareren Stil, den Safranow als "Neue Mythologie" bezeichnet.
