Bleistift, Gouache/Papier. "Paysans de Nice" - Reisende mit Pferd. Nachdem Trachel an der Albertina in Turin lernte, bereiste er Italien, Deutschland, Spanien und Frankreich. Insbesondere Nizza hatte den Künstler jedoch verzaubert, sodass er als geschätzter Aquarellist, Maler und Zeichner mehrere Arbeiten zu dieser Thematik entstehen ließ.
