Öl/Holz. In blautönen gehaltene Winterlandschaft.

Nickisch ist bekannt für seine impressionistisch anmutende Bilder, welche er stets mit schnellem Pinselduktus ausführte. Nickisch lernte sein Handwerk u. a. bei Carl Ernst Morgenstern an der Kunstschule Breslau und an der Akademie Karlsruhe.
