Den größten Bildraum nimmt das friedlich schlafende Jesuskind ein. Es liegt auf einer Wolke, bedeckt mit einem kleinen Tuch und sein liebliches Gesicht ist strahlenumkränzt. Während dieser Teil des Bildes gut ausgeleuchtet ist, schauen die Engel rechts im Bild aus einer Verschattung heraus das Kind an. Unsigniert.
