Kleines Bruststück des Martin von Tour als Bischof mit seinem Attribut, der Gans, die auf einem Buch sitzt. Die Physiognomie des Bischofs ist fein ausgearbeitet und auch das polychrom gefasste Gewand zeigt schön ausgeformte Faltendrappierungen. Die Figur thront auf einem volutengeformten Sockel mit vierpassiger Namenskartusche. Min. best., ansonsten guter altersgemäßer Zustand. Sockel wohl nachträglich hinzugefügt. Wohl Frankreich, 19. JH. H ca. 20,5 cm. MK
