An einer beigen Wand sind Jagdtrophäen kunstvoll arrangiert. Ein Fasan und eine Ente werden von Zweigen umrahmt. Scheuerer (1858 München – 1931 Planegg) war als Tiermaler in München tätig und orientierte sich vor allem an den niederländischen Altmeistern. Sein beliebtestes Motiv war Federvieh. Unten rechts signiert und datiert. Verfärbungen, min. Fl., ansonsten guter altersgemäßer Zustand. Deutschland, 1914. Öl/Leinwand, doubliert. H x B ca. 68,3 x 38,6 cm, H x B ger. ca. 81 x 51,4 cm. MK
