Choralnotation auf 6 Zeilen, verso mit Initale O. L., altrest. (Miniatur ausgeschnitten und wieder eingefügt), Kleberreste, Fl., leicht gebräunt, ansonsten altersgemäßer Zustand. Italien, wohl 16.
