Die rechteckige Truhe mit scharniertem Deckel und seitlichen Verschlusshaken weist im Innern eine hölzerne Facheinteilung auf. Der Deckel ist mit Samt ausgekleidet. 20 kleine teils beschriftete Glasfläschchen. Truhe im Innern mit „Whitall Tatum Company“ versehen, dies war eine der ersten Glasmanufakturen in Amerika.
