Seine Genre-, Landschafts- und Tierbilder waren unter anderem 1830 in der Berliner Akademieausstellung und in Ausstellungen des Münchner Kunstvereins (1835/1836) zu sehen. Zweimal unten rechts signiert mit „Hess fec.“ sowie datiert. Sowie schwer lesbar datiert. Ret., ansonsten guter Zustand. Deutschland, 1821. Öl/Holz. H x B ca. 35 x 47 cm, H x B ger. ca. 50 x 62 cm. DL
